CDFU designs communication strategies, provides training, develops and disseminates educational materials. In addition, CDFU facilitates implementation of community based interventions. Areas of focus include: prevention of HIV and treatment of AIDS, control of Malaria, Reproductive health (including Family Planning), Child health and Financial Education. Based in Uganda, CDFU is uniquely positioned to offer services within the East African region and beyond. The staff has wide experience in design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of interventions aimed at individual and social behavior change. We also provide technical assistance to government departments and other organizations that provide BCC services.
