5 tips to make sure your wedding photos are picture perfect!

1. Do a mirror check.

Because some people won’t tell you if you have something stuck in your teeth, or if your hair has started to frizz. Have a bridesmaid carry a few compact mirrors in her bag, and do quick checks throughout the day!

2. Don’t rush.

You might feel pressure to finish up your wedding photos quickly. Don’t. Your guests will be just fine without you for 30 minutes.

3. Make a wish list before your big day.

What pictures do you need to have? Which would you like to have? Organization is key. Letting everyone know what you have in mind can help everyone to plan accordingly beforehand. (If you are using Switchcam at your wedding, use your Switchcam page to share your list with guests.)

4. Have a few photographers.

Involve your guest in your big day, and have them taking photos using Instagram or Switchcam (or both!).

5. Let loose.

It’s hard to look like you’re having the most amazing time for 12 hours straight. But making a conscious decision to relax helps you to look better in your wedding pictures. If it helps, create a mantra that you can repeat in your head.
