Happy new 2026

To the Government of Sweden, the Ministry of Health, and other partners,
We extend our deepest gratitude for Sweden's investment of Shs45 billion to tackle teenage pregnancies and gender-based violence in Karamoja and Bukedi. This is a powerful affirmation of the rights and future of Ugandan girls.
However, we humbly request that this circle of hope be expanded. The neighbouring districts of Kasese, Bunyangabu, and Ntoroko face the same devastating challenges with limited resources.
We appeal to you to consider extending this life-changing support to these districts. Together, we can ensure no Ugandan girl is left behind.
Thank you for your partnership.
In solidarity,
Kiima Stephen
