With the support of the Haella Foundation, Many trained mothers under STIL Foundation endure a deeply painful struggle—spending over two years doing exhausting casual labour to raise money for a sewing machine, all while facing constant blame for “not being mother enough” if they leave their babies at home. When home, they are shamed as lazy or unproductive, trapped between survival and judgment, their dreams and skills slipping away. The Mama Home Working Project will donate sewing machines, turning their relentless sacrifice into income, dignity, and renewed hope. Elise Kant, ,
