We are going to understand the benefits of Garlic and Onions to our body first before discussing how they are planted and managed, today many people have forgotten the fact that our body system needs a lot of boosters and immune strengthening foods. *Onion
Is in the family of Allium plants, others include the following garlic, ginger, and chives which are all regarded as vegetables. They have a strong taste and sting to the tongue. Garlic is highly related to onion having the same family. They are small, whitish, round bulb used in cooking and they are also medicinal and it’s good for just about everything, and when it comes time to build immune strength and fight off colds and flu, you definitely want it in your health arsenal. *Other different between garlic and onion plants, it’s in the leaves. Onion leaves are round, while garlic leaves are flatter.
