As the COVID lockdown in Uganda has been partly lifted it is time to reflect, review and re-strategize our projects as we move forward. We have lost precious colleagues and time. We never thought about stating worldwide pandemic as a risk factor in our Lock Frames…. However, we have not lost our drive - it is now time for learning and adjusting!
