Our flagship initiative, the DEEPROOTS model, is a hybrid community and digital youth health system that operates through community information kiosks, trained Peer Community Advisors, mobile outreach, and digital platforms. The model creates safe and trusted entry points where adolescents and young people can access information, ask questions, and receive referrals to services. Youthplus also works with community leaders, health providers, and national stakeholders to strengthen youth-focused policies and promote supportive environments for young people. Our work focuses on improving access to HIV prevention information, strengthening youth leadership, challenging harmful social norms, and expanding community-based solutions that help adolescents and young people make informed decisions about their health and futures.
