Last week, we hosted the People First Club community at the Netminds Lviv office.

The main topic of the meetup was:
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡? 🤔Together with four amazing speakers, we discussed real cases, shared experiences, and talked honestly about how performance reviews can actually help teams and businesses grow.

To celebrate 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲🇵🇱, our Gdańsk team stepped away from their desks and explored the city on a guided tour. For many of our colleagues who moved here from different places, it was a chance to see Gdańsk not just as a workplace, but as a city to enjoy and discover.

We started with snacks, good conversations, and a bit of fun, and ended with a walk full of stories and views.

Yesterday at Netminds, we had another 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲🩸
And with each time, it feels less like an initiative and more like something that’s simply part of who we are.
Some people join for the first time, some come back again, but every time it’s about the same thing: pausing in the middle of a workday to do something that actually matters.
We may not know who exactly this blood will help. But we do know it will.

This week, our teams in Poland and Ukraine welcomed the Easter season in their own warm and meaningful ways)

In Poland, the team came together to celebrate Easter over traditional dishes, shared conversations, and festive activities. Moments like these remind us how important it is to pause, connect, and celebrate traditions together.

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, we were preparing for Easter in a way that feels deeply rooted in our culture, through the art of pysanka making.
