Once again, about Chat GPT. Recently, Salesforce conducted a study on the service usage by different age groups.
It's safe to say that the results weren't surprising – the majority of people, regardless of age, use the service for entertainment. A slightly smaller number uses it for learning or as a "second Google." Interestingly, the largest group using Chat GPT for information search consists of so-called "baby boomers" (those born in the late 1940s to early 1960s). The least engagement with the service is seen in seeking recommendations for purchases, with even Gen Z not exceeding a 15% usage rate.
