Chicken with beans and vegetables
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs (thigh fillet) - 250 g.
Red beans - 80 g.
Tomato - 120 g (1 pc.)
Onion - 40 g (0.5 pcs.)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - 35 ml (about 2 tablespoons)
Ground sweet paprika - 0.5 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil beans for 30-40 minutes in 500 ml of water. Chop the onion and garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes in a pan. Cut the chicken into pieces, put in a pan. Fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Cut the tomato into cubes, add to the meat and vegetables. Add spices, salt, and then beans. Season with tomato paste at the end. Mix all the ingredients, simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes until ready.
