The Stingray City experience is pricey, it’s £50pp, for around an hour with the stingrays. But in my eyes it’s so worth it if you’re an ocean and animal lover. It’s just one of those ‘once in a lifetime’ things, being able to interact with them in the wild and learn more about them.

I’ve long been a lover of smoothies and juices, especially homemade ones, so when Lactofree got in touch and asked me to create my own smoothie as part of their Say Yes to Summer campaign, I knew exactly which one I was going to make for you all. They kindly sent me a hand blender and huge parcel of fresh fruit, so as soon as it arrived I instantly got to work.
