McDonald's in Ukraine ceased operations on February 24 due to the beginning of a full-scale Russian invasion.
The company continued to pay salaries to 10,000 employees and said it would not open restaurants as long as the threat of attacks persisted.
However, on June 19, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba hinted that McDonald's could resume operations in Ukraine before the end of the war.
