Casserole with chicken liver
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 600-800 g
Chicken liver 1 kg
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Garlic 2-3 cloves.
Hard cheese 80-150 g
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sour cream 250 g
Mustard in grains 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
1. Boil the liver.
2. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place in a baking dish. Lightly salt and pepper.
3. Coarsely chop the liver.
4. Put the liver in a bowl, add sour cream, mustard and grated garlic through a fine grater. Mix well.
5. Put the liver on the potatoes.
6. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them on the liver. Lightly salt.
7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. We put the casserole in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

Fish fritters
Ingredients:
Fillet of any fish - 300 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Onion - 1 pc.
Starch - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Bunch of greens - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Chop the greens. Mix the ingredients.
4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients.
5. Add sour cream and mix. Add salt and pepper, mix.
6. Add starch and mix.
7. Heat the oil and lay out the fritters.
8. Fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown.
