Po***ck with potatoes in the oven
Ingredients:
Pollack - 500 g.
Potatoes - 1 kg.
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Hard cheese - 50 g.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Spices - to taste
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. We take steaks, if there is po***ck fillet, feel free to take it.
Wash the steaks, wipe with a paper towel. Transfer to a bowl, salt, pepper, add spices.
2. Cut the onion into quarter rings. Pour a little oil into a heated pan, fry the onion until transparent.
3. Grate the carrots, add them to the onion and fry until the carrots are soft.
4. Grease the baking dish with oil. Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a mold, add salt and pepper.
5. Place the po***ck steaks on top of the potatoes.
6. Place the fried vegetables on top of the fish.
7. Put a tomato cut into half rings on the onion and carrot.
8. Grease with mayonnaise. If you don't eat mayonnaise, use sour cream.
9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the form with foil, put in the oven for 40-45 minutes. We take out our casserole, remove the foil, bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Pollack with potatoes in the oven is ready.

Onion rings with cheese
Ingredients:
Onion - 2 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g.
Chicken egg - 5 pcs.
Wheat flour - 250 g.
Breadcrumbs - 230 g.
Sunflower oil (for frying)
Preparation:
1. Peel the onion and cut off the edges on both sides.
2. Cut most of the onion that we got into large rings, about 1 cm thick.
3. Divide into rings.
4. Cut the cheese into thin strips and place inside the largest rings.
5. The cheese should be inside the entire onion ring.
6. Place a smaller onion ring inside. In this way, the cheese comes out as a layer between the onions.
7. Place the resulting blanks in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
8. Prepare three convenient bowls for breading. Beat eggs with a fork in one, pour flour and breadcrumbs into the other.
Bread the rings in the following order: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, then dip again in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
9. Pour oil into a saucepan or a small pan, heat it. Fry the rings until an appetizing golden color. Put the finished snacks on a paper napkin.
