Your responsibilities:
– Create and manage an agency Upwork account
– Search and apply to relevant jobs daily
– Handle client communication and close deals (PoC, MVP, full dev)
– Align leads with our tech coordinator
– Track progress in HubSpot (simple structure)

Requirements:
– Experience with Upwork on behalf of an agency/team
– Full sales cycle: from bidding to contract signing
– Strong written and spoken English
– Background in IT outsourcing (AI, FinTech, Web3, SaaS)

We offer:
– Fixed rate: $600–1000/month
– Up to 10% commission on closed deals
– Full autonomy + direct support from founder and tech lead
