The British company Bullitt Group, which produces mobile devices under the brand CAT and Motorola together with MediaTek will release a smartphone with support for satellite communications.

🛰 The smartphone will be based on the MediaTek 3GPP NTN processor, which will allow to send messages using satellite communications.

🛰 The device will analyze active wireless connections, and if no mobile or Wi-Fi source is detected, the message will be sent via satellite.

🛰 It takes about 10 seconds to connect to the satellite.
