Working with Terravectus gave me a chance to explore how geometry can quietly communicate care for the land without leaning on obvious nature motifs. They focus on restoring ecosystems by applying precise geomorphic techniques, so the identity needed to feel both methodical and connected to natural order. The mark’s radial pattern of hexagons and triangles reflects this balance — structured yet echoing the cycles and tessellations found in soil and plant life.
The custom type carries subtle angular cuts that mirror the emblem’s sharp intersections, grounding the overall look in a sense of clarity and expertise. Instead of being decorative, the design lives in the space between scientific rigor and organic form. My hope was to suggest purposeful intervention in nature’s complexity, a visual language for a brand that understands restoration as a thoughtful, systemic process rather than just a green statement.

TerraStructura came to me looking for a mark that could quietly express the balance between built environments and nature without relying on obvious imagery. As a firm focused on sustainable urban design, their identity needed to feel grounded yet innovative, suggesting connectivity and growth through pure form. The symbol’s interlocking polygons mimic the way urban elements and green spaces weave together, while the clean lines hint at precise planning and structure.
The choice of warm terracotta and muted olive green brings an earthy warmth, which offsets the cool geometry and makes the whole composition feel approachable, something the client was keen on. The typography, with its exact alignment and simple strokes, parallels the careful thought that goes into crafting spaces where people live and thrive. It’s subtle, but the geometry itself carries weight — it’s about harmony in complexity, a quiet nod to both nature and design working in tandem.
