TUSONGE CDO emanated from the recognition that communities especially at grassroots are faced with may challenges for instance poverty and social injustice. On the other hands the same communities are very resourceful in solving their own development challenges if they are well facilitated. The key catalyst being a facilitative leadership in all processes which will consciously respect participatory and democratic approaches.
