In Sanskrit, Ashima means LIMITLESS.

I would get stuck in the endless search for the "right" answer when asked the age-old question: 'What do you do?' Lost in seeking the 1 label, the 1 attribute, the 1 tag that defined me.

Travelling to over 25 countries, working across four continents, interacting with people from different walks of life, and immersing myself in rich and vibrant cultures, has taught me that I am more than the sum of my parts. I am always evolving, transforming and changing. WE ALL ARE.

I am exploring the layers beneath my skin, as dark as the Earth my ancestors walked on, with curiosity to discover my fullest sensory expression. We are here to colour outside the lines.

✨ The rebellious, disruptive, wild parts of ourselves that we’ve suppressed because we’ve been told not to be too much or take up too much space.

✨ The sovereign parts of ourselves that we’ve dimmed down to let others shine brighter.

Today is my birthday and the greatest gift I have received in this past year of life is my breath. The ability to move through the ebbs and flows of life with my breath as a guide and as my body’s compass.

My jaw was clenched. My heart was racing. My thoughts were scattered.
I paused and tuned into PRANA.
MY BREATH. MY LIFE FORCE.
