From daycare to college, WIPAHS through WEC Schools provides a supportive and enriching environment for your growth WIPAHS (World Islamic Propagation and Humanitarian Services) is a non-profit registered with government of Tanzania in 1988. WIPAHS was formed by a group of youths as part of religious, social and humanitarian obligation to look after the needy of the society and break the cycle of p
overty through humanitarian, economic development and social support whilst also educating the local public on ethical and moral responsibilities of individuals towards the society thus creating self-awareness, law abiding, socially responsible patriots for the nation. Education is a powerful driver of development and one of the strongest instruments for reducing poverty and improving health, gender equality, peace, and stability. Taking care of the society is the ethical responsibility of every member of this global village. We have 4 schools in Kibaha Village Under Waliul-Asr-Education Centre (WEC) from Nursery till Secondary where about 1500 children take education. We also have a Teacher Training college which is training about 50 teachers every year and a Nursing college, College of Journalism and Pharmacology to begin soon. In January 2024, WIPAHS has entered into an agreement with US based Al-Kisa Foundation to raise the quality of education. With the school transformation activities planned with Al-Kisa Foundation we hope to improve overall quality of education by training existing staff and providing necessary infrastructure needed for holistic development of a child and their growth into responsible individuals of the society.
