Plenipot Kampala 2026 – Day 4 Update
Today, 19 March 2026, marks Day 4 of the Committee Meetings of the 11th Ordinary Session of the Plenipotentiary Conference, underway in Kampala from 16 to 28 March 2026.

All four committees — Operations & Technology, Policy & Regulation; Finance & Administration, and Postal Strategy — have now concluded deliberations on their substantive agendas and are currently validating their reports.

These reports will be forwarded to the Administrative Council, which meets in its 44th Ordinary Session from 23–24 March 2026, ahead of the Plenipot segment (25–27 March) that will crown the process.

Report validation closes tomorrow, 20 March 2026.
