Just my lunch from a few days ago - a mix of easily digestible foods (for me) including veggies like brinjal and broccoli, organic rice and lentils, lots of healthy spices like turmeric, cumin, pepper, coriander seed, some ginger, homemade lemon pickle (natural probiotics!), and black sesame rice ✨

Nutrition Post on MUSHROOMS! - Here're some freshly foraged garden mushrooms from my Dad's garden, which were then sauteed with capsicum and spices to be made even yummier.
Mushrooms can have amazing medicinal properties including being immunomodulating (i.e. helping your immune system to do its best job) and improving memory.
