Since launching in 2020, the Accelerating Solar Water Pumping via Innovative Financing (ASWPIF) project by RSK Africa and eWATERservices has connected over 112,000 people in 59 villages across Tanzania’s Singida and Dodoma regions to clean water.

This project was initiated to address sustainable water delivery in rural areas of Tanzania. For decades, rural communities relied on diesel powered pumps that are known to break down and incur high operations cost.

Utilizing eWATER’s smart solar-powered technology and RSK’s expertise in sustainable water infrastructure solutions more than 300 million litres of water have been dispensed 💧… and counting.

The success of this partnership has continued with the installation of new eWATERtaps in the Tabora region of Tanzania.
