6月23日至26日，北尔电子中国在杭州成功举办2026年中会议及 Great Demo 培训。在 Yves Li 的带领下，本次活动将年中销售复盘、专业技能培训与团队建设有机结合，收获满满！

📢活动回顾：
-年中总结会议与个人工作汇报，全面复盘上半年业绩与经验；
-1.5天Great Demo专业培训，帮助大家系统提升销售技巧与客户沟通能力；
-马岭古道徒步团建，在欣赏富春山居图实景的同时，进一步增强团队凝聚力。

🎉 Beijer Electronics 2026 H2 Kick-off & Great Demo Training Successfully Concluded!

From June 23 to 26, Beijer Electronics China successfully held the 2026 H2 Kick-off and Great Demo Training in Hangzhou. Led by Yves Li, the event effectively combined H2 planning, sales review, professional skill training, and team building, delivering great results!

📢 Activity Highlights:
- H2 Kick-off meeting and individual H1 reports, providing a comprehensive review of H1 performance and experiences.
- 1.5-day intensive Great Demo training, which systematically enhanced sales skills and communication abilities.
- Team building hike at Maling Ancient Road, where participants enjoyed the scenic views of the “Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains” while strengthening team cohesion.

Special thanks to the Great Demo training facilitators Kevin Yu and Rico Lim for delivering an excellent and highly professional training session!

To strengthen our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Beijer Electronics collaborated with the Andrew Charity Association in Taiwan to carry out a volunteer initiative.

Our employees participated in a hands-on materials sorting activity, helping organize and prepare donated food and supplies for families in need. This effort supports efficient distribution to vulnerable groups, including children, seniors, and households facing hardship.

Through this meaningful experience, our team deepened their understanding of social challenges and contributed to building a more caring and sustainable community.

北爾電子很榮幸參與 臺灣遊艇工業同業公會（TYIA）2026 年會員大會。此次活動也是北爾電子加入公會後，首次於會員大會中分享最新海事科技與解決方案。

🎤 會議中，由北爾電子亞太資深業務協理 Ping Huang 發表專題分享，介紹北爾電子最新海事技術與產品，展示先進 HMI 平台、連網能力及資安設計如何協助打造更智慧、更安全且更高效的船舶系統。

🤝 活動期間，北爾電子團隊也透過 Demo Kit 與現場會員進行交流與展示，分享海事自動化、數位化及智慧船舶發展的最新應用趨勢。隨著海事產業持續朝向數位轉型發展，北爾電子將持續以可靠且創新的技術，協助船廠、系統整合商及船舶營運商應對產業挑戰，推動海事產業升級與創新。

Beijer Electronics Asia–Pacific was proud to participate in the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Taiwan Yachts Industry Association ( TYIA), marking our first presentation at the event since joining the association.

🎤 During the meeting, Ping Huang, APAC Senior Sales Director at Beijer Electronics, presented our latest marine technologies and solutions, demonstrating how advanced HMI platforms, connectivity, and cybersecurity capabilities can support the development of smarter, safer, and more efficient vessels.
🤝 Attendees also had the opportunity to explore our solutions through live demonstrations and discussions with our team, exchanging insights on marine automation, digitalization, and the future of intelligent vessel operations.
