For this guest shift, we explore the intersection of creativity and single origin coffee.

Inspired by two iconic Taiwanese desserts —
pineapple cake & aiyu jelly —
we translate familiar flavors into a new coffee experience.

Our signature 1+1 set, a staple at Coftail.
presents the same beans in two forms:
a clean hand drip, and a crafted signature drink.

One origin. Two expressions.
Each paired with its own small bite.
