Project Highlight | Sheet Metal Ducting Changeout
Metalairium Limited completed a sheet metal ducting changeout at an industrial facility, delivering ductwork engineered for performance, accuracy, and durability. All components were precision cut on our CNC plasma machine, ensuring consistent tolerances, clean fit-up, and efficient installation.
The duct sections were beaded to increase stiffness, limiting vibration and deflection under operating pressures. Fabrication and installation were carried out in alignment with industry-accepted HVAC and sheet metal standards, supporting pressure integrity, serviceability, and long-term operational reliability.
The system was completed with motorized dampers, enabling accurate airflow control, system balancing, and compatibility with automated HVAC control strategies.
