The educators assisting the disabled learners will benefit from the mobility experience, also.Facing realities differing both for language and culture, they will be stimulated and motivated to widen their vision of disability, to experience different workingmethods, to increase their competencies and skills. The project also aims tosensitize the local community and the policy makers, whose cooperation and involvement in the project activities will be encouraged from the beginning. Bu proje, engelli öğrencilere, ailelerine ve eğitimcilerine Avrupa'daki adı geçen kurumlara ziyaret fırsatları yaratarak karşılıklı bilgi alışverişi ve uygulama ortamlarıyla çeşitli deneyimler kazandırmayı ve özdeğerlendirme yapmalarını sağlamak amacındadır. Bu yıl da yine AB projeleri kapsamında Grundtvig Öğrenme Ortaklığı projesi olan SMILE (Special Mobilities to Improve Disabled Leearners Experience) adlı projemiz kabul edilmiş ve 1 Ağustos 2013 tarihinden itibaren projemiz başlamıştır.Proje ortaklarımız okulumuz gibi engelli bireylerle çalışan kurumlardır. Bunlar İngiltere'nin York şehrinde bulunan The Children's Society ve Finlandiya'nın Helsinki şehrinde bulunan Keskuspuiston Ammattiopisto kurumlarıdır.
