A fresh new lifestyle immersed in nature and community

The project master-plan for this 240-unit residential development proposes elongated periphery blocks that frame a lush green space and maximize the number of garden & south facing units. The landscape concept is derived from the idea of “Second Nature”, a loose, shifting grid that takes inspiration from the citrus orchards and palm trees found in the area.

MAS Brings Turkey’s Architectural Heritage to Versailles at BAP! 2025

Biennale d’architecture et de paysage d’Île-de-France

Versailles, France | May 7 – July 13, 2025

As part of BAP! 2025 — the climate-focused edition of the Biennale d’architecture et de paysage d’Île-de-France, curated by Sana Frini and Philippe Rahm — MAS has been invited to participate in the exhibition 4°C entre toi et moi.

Included in this year’s international lineup, MAS will present Frame: A Climate-Responsive Architectural Model, a research-driven installation.

At the biennale, MAS will present a passive climate system built from semi-open, permeable structures, drawing inspiration from the spatial strategies of traditional Anatolian architecture to respond to contemporary environmental concerns.
