Aircraft have various brake options, including thrust reversers, speed brakes, and those located inside the landing gear, disk brakes, which are invisible from outside view. Aside from their well-known mission of ceasing the movement of the aircraft, these landing gear brakes are a crucial part of taxiing, and they are sometimes used to slow down while landing.
