• Akdeniz Palace Hotel: Klasik İhtişamın Modern Çizgilerle Anıtsal Buluşması

Akdeniz kıyısında konumlanan Akdeniz Palace Hotel projesi, geleneksel saray mimarisi tipolojisini modern ve net çizgilerle yeniden yorumluyor. Yapının cephesi güçlü bir merkezi simetri etrafında şekillenirken; ana aks, anıtsal kemerler ve kubbe bitişleriyle vurgulanarak Akdeniz silüetinde kurumsal ve ağırbaşlı bir duruş sergiliyor.

Fonksiyon şemasında "mutlak mahremiyet" ilkesinin temel alındığı projede; kadın ve erkek kullanıcılar için tamamen ayrıştırılmış plaj, havuz ve spa sirkülasyonları, yapının genel simetrik estetiği ve mimari bütünlüğü bozulmadan kütle içerisine ustalıkla entegre edilmiştir. Yüksek tavanlı ferah süitler, cephedeki geniş açıklıklar ve ön alanda konumlanan özel marina ise yapının denizle kurduğu mekansal diyalogu en üst seviyeye taşımaktadır.

• Mediterranean Palace Hotel: A Monumental Encounter of Classical Grandeur and Modern Lines

Located on the Mediterranean coast, the Mediterranean Palace Hotel project reinterprets traditional palace architecture typology with modern and crisp lines. While the building's facade is shaped around a strong central symmetry, the main axis is emphasized by monumental arches and domes, presenting a dignified architectural stance on the Mediterranean skyline.

In the project where the principle of "absolute privacy" is foundational in the functional layout; completely separated beach, pool, and spa circulations for male and female users are integrated into the mass without disrupting the overall symmetrical aesthetics and architectural integrity of the structure. Spacious high-ceilinged suites, large openings on the facade, and the private marina positioned in the front elevate the spatial dialogue between the building and the sea to the highest level.

Dedeman Village lobi alanı, lüks ve zarafetin en rafine haliyle misafirlerini karşılıyor. Sıcak ahşap dokuların göz alıcı aydınlatma tasarımlarıyla buluştuğu bu prestijli merkez, panoramik orman manzarasıyla iç mekanın sınırlarını ortadan kaldırarak otelin tüm sosyal alanlarına açılan kusursuz bir kapı niteliği taşıyor.

Bu kusursuz geçiş, boydan boya uzanan eğrisel cam cephesiyle ormanı içeri davet eden restoran alanımızla devam ediyor. Yapının amorf kıvrımlarıyla izole ve ferah bir yemek deneyimi sunan Ana Restoranımızdaki "Show Kitchen", lezzetin hazırlık aşamasını adeta bir gastronomi tiyatrosuna dönüştürüyor. Özel ısıtmalı masalarla donatılan Teras Restoranımız ise misafirlerimize doğayla ve gökyüzüyle bütünleşmiş eşsiz bir ziyafet vadediyor.

The Dedeman Village lobby area welcomes its guests with the most refined form of luxury and elegance. This prestigious center, where warm wood textures meet eye-catching lighting designs, dissolves the boundaries of the interior with its panoramic forest views, serving as a seamless gateway to all social areas of the hotel.

This seamless transition continues with our restaurant area, which invites the forest inside with its floor-to-ceiling curvilinear glass facade. Offering an isolated and spacious dining experience through the structure's amorphous curves, the "Show Kitchen" in our Main Restaurant transforms food preparation into a gastronomy theatre. Meanwhile, our Terrace Restaurant, equipped with custom heated tables, promises guests a unique feast integrated with nature and the sky.
