About 6 years ago we started our apartment refurbishment and rental journey. Little did we know at the time where things would take us. What started as an idea to provide high standard accommodation to expatriates and business travellers in Istanbul (hence CAST for “Corporate Accommodation Service Istanbul”), over time turned into a much more vacation rental oriented activity.... ...and we like it so much better, because everybody is in a good mood on vacation!

CAST Istanbul metamorphoses into BePart Istanbul We’re a group of lifelong friends and avid travelers. We’ve been all around the world. Some of us, even twice. Combine that with our diverse professional backgrounds in engineering, architecture, finance and marketing, and we have everything it takes to ensure your stay is a great one.

This stunning apartment has recently been restored to its original grandeur. Turkish tiles, original wooden floors, doors and windows, high ceilings, and many other original, authentic details were lovingly preserved. The living room’s large corner, rattan sofa, classic chairs and colorful stools provide plenty of places to relax and unwind. The kitchen is filled with modern appliances, as well as a rustic dining room table, with room enough for five. As for the bedrooms, one is furnished with a king size bed and the other, with two single beds (which can be pushed together to create an extra-large king sized bed). Both rooms face the rear of the building, ensuring a quiet night’s sleep.

Locations don’t get any more impressive than this. This spectacular apartment is in a historic building, on the world famous Serdar-I Ekrem Street, within 50 m of the Galata Tower. The famous Georges Hotel is its direct neighbor, and a great place to take in some of Istanbul’s best views of the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, and the Old Town. Hip and trendy shops, restaurants and cafes are everywhere you turn, making this neighborhood a favorite of expatriates and wealthy locals alike.
