Why not fat ?

Fat grafting is accepted as an alternative to breast implant. It is less aggrresive procedure but, is it really safe?

Although it is innocent in the teory, there are some severe complications can be seen as fat necrosis, oil cysts, calcification. Volume loss and asymetry can be seen in the late postoperative phase.
