Turkish Citizenship new amendment in 2023.

📌 The amount has been increased from 250,000$ to 400,000$.
📌 The investor can get along with his/her family (children under 18th).
📌 Investors can invest on one or multiple properties but as of January 2023 if the is buying multiple properties all the properties must be from one construction company and under one sales contract.
📌 As of January 2023 the investors must invest only on constructed or under construction projects the off-plan projects are not acceptable.
📌 The purchased properties must have either title deed or sales contract.
📌 The investor must sign a contract that he/she won’t sell the property for the period of 3 years.
