🇺🇸-This patient complained of nasal congestion, sleeping with her mouth open, and an arched structure on her nose. We performed septorhinoplasty surgery using piezo device.

Our second surgery today; patient complained of nasal hump. With functional piezo rhinoplasty, I fixed the hump in the nose.

This patient came from Portugal. He had surgery before but had trouble breathing. Postoperatively, He was admitted with complaints of nasal deformity, had a crooked nose and inability to breathe.He had nasal congestion and sleep apnea. I used open technique and piezo device. I took a cartilage graft from the rib, the airway was opened with functional rhinoplasty surgery and the curvature was corrected.
