POWERSTONE™ plants are designed to operate under the toughest environment condition and maintain production performance they have been used in various projects and locations where intensive concrete production was made. Our plants designed to operate under these circumstances; snow load up to 200 Kg/m2, wind load up to 100 Kg/m2, ambient temperature from -10°C up to 60°C, humidity up to 60%, altitude up to 1000 mts above sea level and operating electric power supply at 380V to 420 V. 50/60 Hz. +-5%. POWERSTONE™ can be used for Ready-mix plants, Pre-casting factories, Dams, Highways, Airports, Stadiums and Ports. Assembling the modular components of POWERSTONE™ plants is very easy. The erection on site usually does not take more than 10 to 15 days, regardless of the customized configuration. We manufacture our plants by computer-controlled machines; this enables us to assemble the plants together only using screws and bolts. The key advantage of using POWERSTONE™ plants is that it can be easily dismantled and then this plant can be re-erected at another location.
