☆ Never have an event without hiring professionals because nothing can replace someone with a good experience. There will be problems that need to be solved, deadlines, surprises, challenges...etc.
☆ Never host an event without insurance that covers that specific event and everything related to it.
It's better to take full responsibility for everything in the venue that way you will always be organized and you will always know what to expect.
