BIMEX est une plateforme de nouvelle génération conçue pour transformer les données du Building Information Modeling (BIM) en informations exploitables.
Elle combine la science des données, l’intelligence artificielle et la visualisation 3D avancée afin d’aider les architectes, ingénieurs et décideurs à mieux comprendre, optimiser et gérer leurs projets de construction.
Développée par l’équipe IA de Pixemantic, BIMEX intègre de manière fluide l’analyse de modèles, la détection d’anomalies, la vérification d’accessibilité (PMR), l’évaluation des coûts et de l’impact environnemental, ainsi que la visualisation 3D interactive dans un flux de travail unifié.
Composants principaux
Backend (FastAPI + IA) – Analyse automatisée des modèles IFC et Revit, détection d’anomalies, vérification d’accessibilité (PMR), analyses avancées de coûts et de durabilité, insights prédictifs et classification dynamique des bâtiments.
Mission Control Dashboard – Un tableau de bord futuriste pour téléverser les modèles, lancer les analyses, visualiser les indicateurs clés (KPI) et générer des rapports professionnels au format HTML/PDF.
Visualiseur 3D (xeokit) – Navigation interactive dans les modèles et visualisation de la géométrie des projets (IFC/XKT).
Rapports & Exports – Rapports BIM complets enrichis de graphiques, de recommandations IA et de scores ; exportation des données vers CSV, Parquet, Neo4j ou GeoJSON pour une intégration fluide aux systèmes BI et SIG.

we are thrilled to announce the official signing of a hashtag and Agreement between Pixemantic and the prestigious engineering school Sup'COM. This strategic partnership represents a significant milestone in fostering , research, and training in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, hashtag health, and hashtag -tech technologies applied to hashtag .
During the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years, I had the privilege of supporting and mentoring brilliant students in their end-of-studies projects (PFE). Together, we are working on groundbreaking topics as part of the SIA-HH (Smart Image Applications for Human Health) project, which aims to revolutionize health protection through intelligent and technological approaches.
