We proudly present the Klamar Band from East Timor. An exclusive performance by this band, especially for the Pacific Roots Fest 2026. For the first time in history, we will unite our musical and cultural ties with our brothers and sisters from East Timor at the Pacific Roots Fest in Amsterdam. Five female artists come together to express their experiences of miscarriage, through photography, poetry, and video. Through art, they carry the voices of other women who have felt compelled to remain silent.

This exhibition aims to open a safe space, free from judgement, to listen, and reflect with empathy, and to address the social stigma around this experience.

We invite you to join us at the launch event on Thursday the 12th of March at 5pm at Arte Luron Galería (next to Tipal, in Palapaso).
