The mission of this program is to give chance for adults to learn and to improve their English language. Typically to those people whose life condition cannot allow them to study English language at professional schools.

LSP interview was in two type. The teachers of LSP asked participants about thier English knowledge but thier was also member of Youth and Sports Portfolio of Regional Council. They asked students about Jamaats organization
