H3 Digital is a specialist provider of high-end home cinema, multi-room audio, smart lighting, and home automation systems across Phuket and surrounding areas. We work on luxury villas, new developments, and premium residential projects.

We are looking for a motivated, professional Sales Executive to help grow our presence in the region.

🎯 About the Role

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding customers through the process of designing and installing bespoke technology systems for their homes.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Selling

Private home cinema systems

Multi-room audio (e.g. Sonos, Control4)

Smart lighting & shading control

Home automation systems (Control4)

Networking & Wi-Fi solutions

Outdoor entertainment systems

📋 Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities

Meet with clients, developers, architects, and interior designers

Conduct site visits and consultations

Present system solutions and quotations

Follow up enquiries and close sales

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Represent H3 Digital professionally at all times

✅ Requirements

Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)

Proven sales experience (preferably in luxury products, property, or technology)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Confident presenting to high-end clients

Self-motivated and results-driven

Good organisational skills

Valid driving licence and ability to travel around Phuket

⭐ Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience in AV, smart home, lighting, or construction industries

Knowledge of home cinema or audio systems

Existing network within Phuket property or villa market

Experience working with international clients
