PTT GC Innovation Test Lab: Driving Process Control R&D
​Thrilled to share a glimpse into our work at the PTT GC Innovation Test Lab! 🧪✨
​Our team, AIsimulate, is deeply engaged in advanced Process Control Research and Development (R&D). Our mission is to continuously enhance the efficiency, precision, and reliability of complex chemical and petrochemical processes.

​This is a critical section of our testing rig. We're utilizing high-precision equipment, including multiple BROOKS Flow Controllers (FIC103, FIC104, FIC105, FIC106) and various pressure gauges and valves, all meticulously installed on the panel. The careful tubing and wiring seen here are essential for running precise experimental protocols, allowing us to simulate real-world plant conditions on a smaller scale. The yellow wires visible in the junction box (top right) and the detailed piping highlight the complexity of the integrated system we develop and test.
​On the screen (middle right), you can see the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) or Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) that governs this specific test setup. This software interface is where we monitor, control, and analyze the process variables in real-time, allowing us to implement and fine-tune advanced control algorithms.
​Our work in R&D isn't just about tweaking settings; it's about pioneering the future. We develop and validate innovative control strategies—like advanced predictive models and optimization techniques—that will eventually be deployed across PTT GC's facilities to improve yield, reduce energy consumption, enhance safety, and minimize environmental impact.

​งานของเราในด้าน R&D ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การปรับแต่งค่าต่างๆ เท่านั้น แต่เป็นการบุกเบิกอนาคต เราพัฒนาและตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์การควบคุมที่เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่ เช่น แบบจำลองการคาดการณ์ขั้นสูงและเทคนิคการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งในที่สุดจะถูกนำไปใช้ในโรงงานของ PTT GC ทั่วไป เพื่อปรับปรุงผลผลิต ลดการใช้พลังงาน เพิ่มความปลอดภัย และลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
