"🌍 KV Electronics CSR Week 2023: Embrace Green Living! 💚

Join us on our mission to make a difference. In September 2023, KV Electronics' GREEN team launched a CSR campaign focused on the theme of 'Water.' 🌊

We introduced the 'Happy Green Donation' to the 'Seub Nakhasathien Foundation' in Thailand and shared the 'KV-Green Sticker' on social media and around our office/factory to promote water conservation and environmental sustainability. 💧

With the backing of KV Electronics' management and HR department committees, we're empowering the younger generation and the public to embrace a 'Green Approach.' 🌱

Our CSR Week offers employees a chance to participate in various GREEN initiatives, including the use of aluminum canned water for recycling and waste management, reducing single-use plastics. 🌿

Join us as we select eco-friendly beverages from suppliers of eco-products to serve our visitors and customers, supporting environmental protection and community welfare. 🍃

Earth Club (a nickname is blue-shirt volunteers) is a group of friends and colleagues who’re working at KV Electronics, the club members dedicate their free time to participate in the events and activities organized by the local community at Samut Prakan province where is also a place called the home of KV-Families in Thailand.

The main objective of a club and its members is not only to get their friendship closer but also to raise awareness by means of workshops, seminars, environmental events, and even by celebrating certain important international days related to the environment such as “The Earth Day”. This year of Earth Day 2023, the club members joined local activists, community leaders, and villagers in Bang Poo district, Samut Prakan province to plant mangrove forests and collect sea garbage for the betterment of their neighborhood’s environment.

WHY Mangroves? - they are all climate heroes. Mangrove forests are some of the most valuable carbon sequesters on our planet. We’ve kept our calculations conservative on carbon footprints, but the average mangrove tree absorbs roughly 300 kgs of CO2 over 25 years. Thereafter, they absorb 25 kgs a year, and that doesn’t even take into calculation all the baby mangrove trees that join the party over the years.
