Activities focus on making fitness and detoxing fun with exhilarating group activities, including Muay Thai kickboxing, along with many strength and conditioning workouts. Many of these classes take place on the beach or local scenic hot spots. Yoga enthusiasts enjoy private one-to-one practice and daily classes ranging from hot yoga to aerial yoga; as well as partner yoga and other flow sequences. These are carried out in our own yoga studio, on nearby beaches, by our pool, and at the hilltop pavilion. We even do one yoga class out on the ocean our stand-up paddle boards! Plus there’s daily beach outings, a Sunday island boat trip, relaxing evening Thai massages in the comfort of your own room. Add in a host of educational seminars from wellness gurus, and you can see how the variety of classes and activities really is the spice of life here. WE LOVE
