Congratulations to our talented Year 4 students, Kamil and Pine, on their outstanding achievements at the Singapore Science Competition (SSC) and the Singapore Maths Competition (SMC) Global Round in Malaysia!

🥇 Kamil earned a Gold Medal in the Singapore Science Competition and a Bronze Medal in the Singapore Maths Competition (Global Round), competing alongside participants from 11 countries.

🥈 Pine achieved a Silver Medal in the Singapore Maths Competition (Global Round), demonstrating exceptional mathematical ability on the international stage.

These remarkable accomplishments reflect their hard work, perseverance, and passion for learning. We are incredibly proud of Kamil and Pine and celebrate their well-deserved success.

✨💡 Week 1 Wrap-Up: The Art of Systems & Motion!

What an incredible first week we’ve had at our Primary Years Summer Camp 2026: The Innovation Lab! 🧠✨

Our Primary Years campers embraced every challenge with curiosity, creativity, and teamwork as they explored the exciting worlds of science, engineering, coding, and design. Each day inspired them to think critically, build confidently, experiment boldly, and innovate together.

✨ Here’s a look back at an amazing week:

🤖 Monday – Robot Mayhem
Inspired by Alan Turing, campers explored coding, algorithms, and logical thinking while designing and programming their own robot challenges.

💥 Tuesday – Chain Reaction Studio
Using Isaac Newton’s ideas about forces and motion, teams designed incredible chain reactions, testing, refining, and celebrating every successful run together.

⚙️ Wednesday – Rube Goldberg Design Day
Our young inventors designed imaginative machines and collaborated to create one giant chain reaction, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and perseverance.

⏱️ Thursday – The Human Machine Challenge
Inspired by Katherine Johnson, campers tackled engineering missions that required precision, communication, and systems thinking.

🎨 Friday – The Great Tinker Day
Following Leonardo da Vinci’s spirit of innovation, students transformed creative ideas into 3D prototypes and proudly presented their inventions during our Innovation Showcase.

Throughout the week, our young innovators strengthened their critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, resilience, and problem-solving skills, discovering that every great invention begins with curiosity, perseverance, and a willingness to learn from every challenge.
