• Conversational English is mandatory
• Confident communication with international guests
• Service-oriented and sales mindset
For kitchen positions:
• Understanding of food quality standards
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control
For Barista:
• Experience with espresso machines
• Knowledge of classic coffee drinks
• Attention to detail and presentation
