t wasn’t an easy journey making plant-based protein that is good for the earth, body, and wallet. Our first breakthrough came in the form of the nutrient-rich splitgill mushroom; a relatively unknown provincial ingredient packed with medicinal benefits. We worked relentlessly to make our first product as healthy as possible, and tried for nearly 1 year before finding the winning MORE MEAT® formula in 2019. We believe that changing the world starts at home, so our direction for innovation has always been to support the local community and help them thrive. We enlist researchers and food scientists within the community and use locally sourced ingredients from small producers to make our wholesome, high quality products right here in Thailand! All our sustainability efforts focus on zero-waste and ensuring our innovation is a force of good to help people live happily, healthily, and sustainably. We boost the livelihoods of local farmers and inspire the next generation of Thai talent to dare to be the change.
