The house is equipped with automation system, solar cell and uninterruptible power supply.

The design reflects the philosophy of the timeless dwelling with simplicity of modern architecture combined with rich Tropical landscape, reflected through valuable natural materials. such as natural stone and timber which are the main components of the house.
