🍴อยู่ดีๆ ก็นึกถึงวัยเด็ก แม่ไปส่งหน้าโรงเรียนตอนเช้า อย่างแรกที่เราจะพลาดไม่ได้เลย คือการที่ต้องแวะไปกินโจ๊กหน้าโรงเรียนก่อนเข้าไปเรียน จำได้ว่า เป็นโจ๊กที่อร่อยมากๆตอนนั้น ข้าวเนียนๆ มีหมูสับเยอะๆ และก็น้ำราดที่ออกรสเค็มๆหวานๆ มันเข้ากันอย่าบอกไม่ถูก และถ้ามีปาท่องโก๋ทอดกรอบๆใส่ด้วยนะ สุดยอดไปเลย👍🏻

🙏🏻วัดสมานรัตนาราม เป็นวัดราษฎร์สังกัดคณะสงฆ์ฝ่ายธรรมยุติกนิกาย ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำบางปะกง ในตำบลบางแก้ว อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา มีเนื้อที่ ตามหน้าโฉนดที่ตั้งวัด 26 ไร่ 3 งาน 50 ตารางวา วัดตั้งอยู่ในตำแหน่งฮวงจุ้ยมงคล ครอบครัวท่านขุนสมานจีนประชา เมื่อท่านขุนสมานจีนประชาถึงแก่กรรมแล้ว ภรรยาทั้ง 2 ของท่านขุนสมานจีนประชา นางทิม สืบสมาน และ นางผ่อง สืบสมาน พร้อมด้วย นางยี่สุ่น มีความศรัทธาคิดจะสร้างวัดเพื่ออุทิศส่วนกุศลให้สามีผู้ล่วงลับ จึงได้ดำเนินการสร้างวัด ปรากฏตามหลักฐาน เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2422 เมื่อสร้างวัดเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงได้ตั้งชื่อวัดว่า วัดใหม่ขุนสมานเพิ่มนคร แต่เดิมเป็นฝ่ายมหานิกาย แต่ปกครองไม่นานนัก ผู้สร้างวัดได้ถวายพระในคณะธรรมยุตมีพระครูศิริปัญญามุนี เป็นประธานสงฆ์ในการรับถวาย ต่อมาสมเด็จพระมหาสมณเจ้า กรมพระยาวชิรญาณวโรรสเสด็จออกตรวจสังฆมณฑลทางเรือตามลำแม่น้ำบางปะกง พระองค์ทรงเห็นป้ายชื่อวัดว่าไม่สอดคล้องกับตำบลไผ่แสวก จึงทรงตั้งชื่อเสียใหม่ว่า วัดไผ่แสวก เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับตำบล แต่เมื่อทางราชการได้ยุบตำบลไผ่แสวกไปรวมกับตำบลบางแก้ว พระเถระผู้ใหญ่พร้อมด้วยภิกษุสามเณรชาวบ้านอุบาสกอุบาสิกาต่างก็มีความเห็นพ้องกันว่าสมควรที่จะเปลี่ยนชื่อวัดเสียใหม่ เป็น "วัดสมานรัตนาราม" ให้มีชื่อคำว่า สมาน เพราะเป็นตระกูลที่สร้างวัดและคำว่าแก้ว เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับตำบล
