Following through the notion of improving the farmer lives in Southern Thailand created by Mr Chet Tansakul who has acquired and developed the process of organic Japanese rice growing and organic rice flour producing. Api and Mrs Somsree Tansakul have been coordinating with non-profit groups who educate the public about the use of gluten-free rice flour and allergen issues. These organisations also create workshops for hands on experiences.
