M the food project

The restaurant is a major part of the MFU Culinary training center. It is a student-operated restaurant of Hospitality Industry Management (HIM) Program and The Culinary Academy Club and Organization (CACO) at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU). The restaurant has a beverage counter equipped with wine selection storages, different spirits like whiskey, vodka, rum, and likes, and coffee machine. The students are trained to prepare cocktails, understand different wines, and barista works.
